technology solutions, today announced that its largest-ever
client conference, Focus 2011, will take place April 17-20 in Las
Vegas. Dozens of tailored presentations will expose the nearly 2,000
expected Fiserv clients to the hottest banking topics, including online
and mobile banking and payments, customer loyalty and retention, risk
and compliance, and the latest developments regarding the Durbin

unites previous events for Bank Solutions, Card Payments, Lending
Solutions, Global Payments Solutions and the Connex Electronic Banking
Services conference.
Each day of this forward-looking conference is packed with important
insights and technology information from the assembled experts,
highlighted by featured speaker and innovation expert Brett King, author
of the groundbreaking book, Bank 2.0.
"Focus 2011 is one of the best strategic planning investments a
financial institution can make," said Don MacDonald, Executive Vice
President and Chief Marketing Officer for Fiserv. "It is a forum to
collaborate with peers, experience the latest technology, exchange ideas
about how the industry is transforming and learn how Fiserv is helping
the industry redefine the delivery of financial services in the digital
age."
Focus 2011 pulls together more Fiserv businesses and solutions than
ever, including clients using the Premier®, PrecisionTM
and Cleartouch® bank platforms and the organization's Card
Services, Lending Solutions, Global Payment Solutions and Electronic
Banking services, in addition to other industry professionals. At the
conference, professionals from across Fiserv and the financial services
industry will introduce enhanced solutions and emerging technologies
through presentations from top executives, dedicated session tracks, key
product demonstrations and peer networking. Several new or newly
enhanced Fiserv solutions will be featured at Focus 2011, including
Corillian® Online, Retail Online™, Mobile Money™, ZashPay®,
and Premier 8.0.
Conference strategy sessions with experts and peers will focus on the
key topics affecting day-to-day business in the financial industry,
including strategies to deliver new services that increase customer
loyalty and profitability, customer-centric banking, gaining small
business share, and marketing to the millennial generation. Fiserv
experts will discuss current strategies, trends and regulatory issues,
while demonstrating examples of how technology can positively impact
bottom-line results. Many of these presentations will be tailored for
specific platforms in the conference's Focus Sessions that provide
specialized content for financial institutions using the most popular
solutions from Fiserv.
In the 70,000-square-foot Solution Center, clients will get a firsthand
look at the latest and most innovative products and services available
