(NASDAQ: FISV), the leading global provider of financial services technology, announced today that Sean Gallagher has joined Fiserv as President of its Investment Services division. Gallagher will report to Mike Gianoni, Group President of the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv, and will oversee product management, strategy, sales and product development for Investment Services. In this role, Gallagher will work with the Investment Services leadership team to continue to develop and deliver technology solutions and services that enable its clients to grow revenue and increase operational efficiencies, reinforcing the company's position as a leader in the investment services space. Fiserv is the leading technology provider for the managed accounts industry and processes more than 3.4 million accounts on its APL^SM platform. It is also the chosen technology provider for more than 1 million UMA sleeves and more than $1.8 trillion in assets.

Gallagher joins Fiserv with extensive experience in the hedge fund, asset manager and broker-dealer segments following a 21-year career at JP Morgan Chase. At JP Morgan Chase, Gallagher last served as Managing Director, Global Segment Executive and Interim Sales Executive of Treasury Services. In this role, Gallagher oversaw JP Morgan Treasury Services' global sales organization and was responsible for developing and executing new business and marketing strategies for the group. Prior to this, Gallagher was the Product Executive for the public sector and healthcare segments.
