management has received the 2013 SWIFT Certified Application for
Reconciliation label.

The renewed accreditation for Fiserv demonstrates that its Accurate
Reconciliation solution meets stringent SWIFT criteria linked to the
support of messaging standards, services and connectivity requirements,
which are re-evaluated every year to ensure alignment with market
changes.
