The solution's many premium features were based, in part, on an in-depth ethnographic study of online banking users that showed customers want an immediate and meaningful overview of their financial status, a single sign-on to online banking and bill pay, and the ability to view account balances at a glance. Business Online delivers with an interactive Overview page, where customers can view real-time account balances, review and submit decisions on pending transactions, make quick transfers between internal and external accounts, and more. The user-friendly page provides convenient access to the accounts and functionality the customer uses most, all on one page and with minimal clicks.

With Business Online's redesigned menu and page layout options, financial institutions can customize the way information is displayed on the Overview page, and enhanced navigation menu options help business customers quickly and easily find the information and functionality they need. Cash position worksheets enhance business planning capabilities: by adding any known transactions to a current balance, customers can use the worksheets to forecast future balances.
